Vintage Japanese Cloisonné Vase 7 1/4" Cobalt Blue w/Cherry Blossoms + Stand
This lovely vase belonged to my parents who resided in Japan in the 1940's and 1950's, so I think they acquired it during that time.  It measures about 4 inches at its widest point, 2 1/2 inches at the base, 7 1/4 inches tall without the fitted wooden base and 8 inches tall with it.  It features very detailed and striking pink buds and flowers on a flowing branch with green leaves that are a lighter shade on their reverse.  I think these are probably cherry blossoms.  There is a small mark in the metal ring on the base that looks like a maker's mark, but it is hard to see.  The top and bottom metal rings didn't polish with silver polish, so I think they're another type of metal.  This beautiful vase will be padded and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
